ASB Registration Right Around the Corner!

The video below is rather irrelevant to this post, but I couldn’t help myself.  Either way, keep looking at all the different trips for this years ASBs!  (Cumby is the coolest beans, btdubbs).  Online registration is in January, which is not too far from now—CRA-ZAY-ZAY.  Enjoy your winter break!

TTFN,

Finals Start Today—Good Luck!

At least you can make paper snowflakes at Mugar and ride a limousine short bus home at 5:20am!

Now I Lay Me
Down to Study,
I Pray the Lord I
Won’t Go Nutty.

If I Should Fail to
Learn this Junk,
I Pray the Lord
I Will Not Flunk.

But If I Do,
Don’t Pity Me at All,
Just Lay My Bones
In the Study Hall.

Tell My Prof
I Did My Best,
Then Pile My
Books upon My Chest.

Now I Lay Me
Down to Rest,
And Pray I’ll Pass
Tomorrow’s Test.

If I Should Die Before I Wake,
That’s One less Test I’ll Have to Take.

Sleep someday,

Recent CSC Purchase: New Tents

It has been confirmed that the CSC has purchased new tents for this year’s camping trips (this is actually true).  Word out on the street has been that the camping trips can no longer be considered “camping” trips anymore.  The way these tents have been described, we can only imagine that this is what they look like.

This is how the new tents have been described. Accurate? Probs not.

Okay, don’t get too excited; there has quite possibly been some exaggeration taking place.  However, we do know for a fact that they have HINGED DOORS!

Live long and prosper,

Armadillos and Alligators and Boar, Oh My!!

You'll find lots of these little critters running around the island!

Hey guys and gals,

We’ve really been hyping the wild horses a lot but Cumby is actually home to a crazy amount of awesome wildlife. The nine-banded armadillo is one of the stranger looking creatures you’ll see on the island as well as wild boar and even a few American alligators! Be ready to get in touch with Mother Nature because we’ll be far outnumbered by the animals while on ASB!

Good luck studying for finals! We can’t wait for registration!!!!

Attn: Invasive Species Dilemma

So, basically, we have a moral dilemma.  The NPS just contacted us with the information about the different tasks we’ll be helping them with over break.  Apparently, an invasive species was recently introduced to Cumberland Island.  This species is a unique combination of shell and shoes.  They want our help removing this species, but our friend Marcel, who does not ask us for many favors, has approached us because he wants us to save his cousins.  On vacation last week, his younger cousin’s dorito broke.  Now, the whole family is stranded on Cumberland Island.

We have decided that it is in the greater good to tell the NPS rangers that we are eliminating the species.  But, let’s get real, we are going to save these little buggers!

In the name of Marcel,

Molly & Eric

Pit Stop: Maybe This Could Be Us

Who knows, maybe we will witness a robbery on our way to GA?  Then, we can make the news, too.  AND then someone can auto-tune us!

Keep backin’ it up,
